Chinook School Division is seeking qualified teachers available for substitute teaching in schools throughout our division. The Chinook School Division is proud to serve southwest Saskatchewan's ~6,200 students with collegial, student centered teachers and support staff. Our team operates 63 schools - 31 Public and 32 Hutterian, located from the Cypress Hills, to the South Saskatchewan River, through the City of Swift Current, on to Hodgeville, and down to the Grasslands National Park.<p> <p>Desired Qualifications: <p><p> Sask. Professional ?A? or Standard ?A? Teaching Certificate;<p> Successful experience as a classroom teacher in Saskatchewan;<p> Demonstrated ability to connect with youth in a student-centered learning environment in addition to having an interest or willingness to connect with students outside of the classroom;<p> A willingness to be part of a collaborative educational team;<p> An interest in serving multiple schools; and<p> Ability to work effectively within an environment which includes developing meaningful and productive relationships with students, parents, professionals and community service agencies.<p><p> <p>Successful applicants must agree to a criminal records check including a vulnerable sector search. <p><p>How to apply <p>Interested applicants must upload a cover letter addressed to Ken Garinger, Superintendent of Human Resources, a resume, complete with three references, and any supporting documentation.<p> While all applications are appreciated, only those selected for an interview will be contacted. <p>- LocationSwift Current, SK
