Posting EMT25093<p>Teacher: Junior High Math/Science<p>Temporary: ASAP - June 27, 2025<p>Location École McTavish High School<p>FTE 1.0<p>Start Date ASAP<p>Closing Date September 4, 2024<p> <p>École McTavish High School is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our instructional team in the role of Junior High Math/Science Teacher. <p> <p>Requirements: <p><p> Bachelor?s Degree in Math or Science <p> Bachelor of Education <p><p> <p>Desired Qualifications/Skills: It will be an asset to have:<p> <p><p> Knowledge of teaching math and science at the junior high school level.<p> Ability to work in a team environment with staff and parents.<p> A base knowledge of differentiated instruction techniques.<p> Effective organization skills and classroom management.<p> Ability to utilize technology as an instructional tool.<p> An ability to design and implement Individual Program Plans for special needs students.<p> A willingness to participate in the school community beyond the classroom.<p> An interest in teaching a wide variety of electives.<p> A commitment to continuous professional growth and a strong ability to connect and build relationships with high school students.<p> Open to teaching a variety of elective classes that best suit the successful applicant.<p><p> <p> <p>APPLICATION PROCEDURE: <p>Resumes and other relevant documents will be accepted by clicking on the ?APPLY? tab for the specific posting on the Job Connect and follow the application instructions.
