We are opening a new location in Oshawa Centre, Oshawa. Hiring for all sales positions. What You?ll do? * Create a welcoming environment by greeting and approaching customers * Exceed customer expectations by providing assistance with a positive attitude * Recommend merchandise based on product knowledge and customer preferences * Is knowledgeable and educates self and others on merchandise * Actively create a welcoming environment through teamwork and collaboration * Advise customers of the benefits of the Privilege Card program * Assist in maintaining visual and merchandise presentation standards on the selling floor * Elevate the Shopping Experience * Provide customers with exceptional one on one service to create lasting relationships and customer loyalty What to bring? * Excellent customer service skills * Motivated and results driven * Strong attention to detail * Ability to work autonomously * Previous retail experience preferred * Standing, bending, lifting * Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business need, which will include evenings, weekends and holidays. * Passionate about the retail culture and a strong appreciation for style * An upbeat, positive attitude. *Overview* We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on delivering an exceptional shopping experience. *Responsibilities* - Engage with customers to provide assistance and drive sales - Utilize product knowledge to recommend and upsell items - Operate point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Multitask between assisting customers and completing operational tasks *Requirements* - Strong selling skills with a proven track record - Excellent time management and organizational abilities - Proficiency in phone etiquette and customer service - Multilingual abilities are a plus - Familiarity with technical sales and technology products - Prior experience in retail sales is preferred Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Expected hours: 10 ? 25 per week Benefits: * On-site parking * Store discount Shift: * 4 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Afternoon shift * Day shift * Evening shift * Morning shift Work days: * Every Weekend * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * Retail sales: 8 years (required) * Customer service: 8 years (required) Work Location: In person- LocationOshawa, ON
