Local 616 POSITION STATUS: Regular Part-Time (up to 24 hours) # OF POSITIONS: Up to 3 RATE OF PAY: $21.00 per hour SHIFT WORK REQ'D: Yes DUTIES: Reporting to the Manager, Sales & Marketing, this position will be responsible for selling fare media, including passes, tickets, and gift certificates; maintains a float, completes deposits and balances on a daily basis; Provides route, schedule, fare and charter information via telephone, email or at the sales counter at Windsor International Transit Terminal. Responds to customer complaints, compliments and suggestions through the company Customer Service Request (CSR) program or via- LocationWindsor, ON
