We are seeking a motivated *Territory Sales Manager* to join our team in BC. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the *Northern part of Metro Vancouver & the BC interior *region by building relationships with new and existing clients, providing tailored solutions in the HVAC air filtration industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
This position is full-time and permanent. The position is *paid a base salary plus commission *on revenue created. The Territory Sales Manager reports directly to the Branch Manager and is expected to be largely self-managed.
*Responsibilities:*
* Actively sell industrial & commercial air filtration products within the designated territory.
* Identify, develop, close, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
* Regularly meet with customers to establish, maintain, and improve customer relationships to maximize their familiarity with our air filtration solutions.
* Develop leads and target new sales opportunities and grow the existing customer profitability through process improvements and improved technology.
* Maintain teamwork with all cross-functional inner office staff to facilitate problem-solving and provide excellent customer service.
* Achieve assigned sales, gross profit/margin, and dollar percent plan goals.
* Provide weekly and monthly activity reports.
* Utilize SalesForce, CRM tool to maintain customer database, plan opportunities, plan cost savings projects for assigned national accounts, and record customer and prospect appointments in calendar.
* Requires time spent on the road selling to customers, conducting cold calls, and developing new leads.
* Always conduct business in an ethical and professional manner.
*Qualifications:*
* 5 to 7 years of outside sales or account management experience, preferably in the HVAC or air filtration industry.
* Proven track record of achieving sales growth within an assigned territory and developing new business opportunities.
* Demonstrated experience in managing accounts and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive client satisfaction.
* Valid Driver?s License and driving record (driver?s abstract), and willingness to be on the road regularly to visit clients.
* Experience in quoting, pricing, and negotiating contracts to ensure competitive and profitable deals.
* Responsible for managing a sales budget and meeting or exceeding revenue targets consistently.
* Knowledge and experience using a CRM system.
* Disciplined, driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
* Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
