<p>Hello, I'm Rayan MERRIEN, Recruitment Consultant FED ManuTech, a specialist in temporary and permanent recruitment for the engineering and manufacturing professions. <br>We're experts who speak your language. <br>We are committed to supporting you throughout your job search and at every stage of your career.</p><p>Your function <br> <br>I am currently recruiting for one of my clients, a manufacturing company in the field of electrical transport located in Boucherville, a Quality Specialist - Permanent position 40 hours per week. <br> <br>Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks: <br>- Develop and implement quality control objectives for manufacturing <br>- Identify and resolve root causes and corrective actions, working with engineering and production teams <br>- Analyze quality data to identify opportunities for improvement <br>- Implement and monitor KPIs and associated documentation according to standards <br>- Deploy quality tools (FMEA) and QPQP to support the various teams <br>- All other tasks related to the position</p><p>Your professional skills <br> <br>- Priority management and rigor <br>- Leadership and strong communication skills <br>- Excellent interpersonal skills and team player <br> <br>We're looking for a proactive, self-starter who likes to get the job done right. Our ideal candidate likes dynamic environments, is rigorous, and enjoys working in teams. <br> <br>Your profile <br>-Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment <br>-Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering <br>-Bilingual French - English <br> -Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and ISO/TS 16949 standards <br>-Knowledge of GD&T, Key Characteristics, FAI processes <br>-Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality management best practices <br>-Knowledge of CMVSS, FMVSS, D-250 and CARB standards an asset <br>-Knowledge of Office suite and PowerBi <br>-Ability to travel in Quebec and abroad <br> <br>- Salary: $90k - $100k depending on experience <br>-Weekday position with flexible hours, full insurance, company RRSP.</p>- LocationBoucherville, QC
