We are currently recruiting for an *Assistant Store Manager* in our *Red Lake, ON *location. The Assistant Store Manager strives to make our stores a great place to shop for our Customers. We rely on you to provide super-friendly service, maintain a clean and customer-friendly environment, merchandise the store and support the Store Manager in leading the team. * Open and close the store * Supervise the store and lead the team in the absence of the Store Manager * Maintain and delegate daily tasks and updates using the Store Tour Book * Order, receive and stock merchandise * Set up windows and in-store displays and signage * Complete timely and accurate inventory cycle counts * Process product returns, price changes and mark downs * Provide excellent Customer Service at the register and otherwise * Recruit, train and schedule Associates & Keyholders * Submit reports and Payroll to Home Office * Assist the Store Manager with store paperwork, emails and other projects Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience: * General experience in retail for 2-3 years * Excellent Customer Service skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment * Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-task environment * Effective organizational and time management skills * Availability to work evenings and weekends Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Ability to commute/relocate: * Geraldton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) Location: * Geraldton, ON (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationGeraldton, ON
