iGuard360 is currently seeking _*Tactical Security Guards*_ in the _*Squamish area*_. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the assigned property, company assets, employees, and customers, while representing iGuard360's best interests. The role involves maintaining a security presence and acting as a visible deterrent to unwanted behavior and individuals. *Hourly Range: $18.00* *Responsibilities:* * Providing a physical security presence and a customer service demeanor * Conduct routine patrols of the premise and identify safety and security issues * Enforcing Trespass to Property regulations, Criminal Code and legislative statutes * Completing detailed and comprehensive incident reports through our online reporting systems * Problem solving skills, conflict resolution and the ability to work with minimum supervision * Deterrence of undesired behavior and/or criminal activity * Maintaining a level of professionalism in stressful situations *Required Skills and Abilities:* * Must possess a *valid BST - British Columbia Security License* * Valid *Drivers license* *with access to a vehicle is considered an* *asset* * Use of force training or *AST license* is considered an *asset* * *OFA Level 1 or 2 *is considered an *asset* * Excellent *customer service *skills and *professionalism* * Strong verbal and written *communication skills* * Effective *problem-solving skills *and *conflict resolution *with the ability to work under minimum supervision * Maintain high standards of *attendance and punctuality* * Maintain neat and *professional appearance *at all times * Has a keen sense of being *alert *and *aware *of personal surroundings * Demonstrates a high level of *honesty *and *integrity *in all aspects of job performance *Employee Perks:* * Extended health, dental benefits and life insurance offered after 3 months of employment * Paid Training * Paid Breaks * Free company uniform provided * Career Advancement Opportunities Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00 per hour Benefits: * Company events * Dental care * Disability insurance * Extended health care * Life insurance * On-site parking Schedule: * 10 hour shift * 12 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift * Holidays * Monday to Friday * Night shift * On call * Overtime * Weekends as needed Application question(s): * Do you have access to a reliable vehicle? * Are you able and willing to work on a On-Call basis? * Are you located in the Squamish Area? * Are you able and willing to travel to the Squamish Area?
