*We are hiring full-time, permanent Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our team! CSRs are responsible for delivering top notch service to clients while promoting a variety of products and services.* *CSRs are responsible to:* * Efficiently and effectively manage high customer call volumes. * Identify and address customer needs, providing solutions and educating on product benefits, availability, and pricing options. * Seize opportunities to upsell products and generate sales when appropriate. * Record call and sales details in the customer management system. * Consistently meet or exceed performance targets across multiple metrics. * Collaborate with colleagues in all departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. *Job Requirements:* * High School Diploma or GED equivalent. * Demonstrated focus on delivering exceptional customer service. * Superior phone and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening. * Competent in computer data entry and the utilization of customer management software. * Effective multitasking, priority-setting, and time management skills. * Legal authorization to work in Canada. * Open availability for shifts ? Monday through Sunday between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm.
