Sports *Job Overview* We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. This role requires a strong ability to analyze market trends, negotiate effectively, and provide exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy building relationships with clients, we want to hear from you. *Responsibilities* * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. * Conduct outside sales activities to identify and engage potential clients in the market. * Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service. * Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction. * Collaborate with the business development team to align sales efforts with company goals. * Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and customer needs. * Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to cater to a diverse clientele. *Requirements* * Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role is preferred. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data effectively. * Excellent negotiation skills and a track record of closing sales successfully. * Experience in technical sales is a plus, but not required. * Demonstrated ability in business development and expanding client relationships. * Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. * Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable, enhancing communication with clients. * A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
