<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>We are seeking an ASSOCIATE LAWYER who is driven to compete and become a partner or owner of their own law firm. Pay is the higher of 40% of your fee receipts or $72,000 per annum.</p><p>You will learn to use our document production systems to draft wills, estate, family and elder law documents. With the help of our expert conveyancers, you will assist clients in buying, selling and refinancing real estate. You may represent clients in estate and family law proceedings.</p><p>Christ & Co. has moved more than a billion dollars of real estate over the last decade and routinely achieves sales in excess of $1.3 million annually. If you have the aptitude and people skills, we will show you how to do the same.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Represent clients in court or before government agencies</li><li>Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients</li><li>Advise clients on wills, estate and real estate matters.</li><li>Negotiate settlements for legal disputes</li><li>Comply with all legal standards and regulations</li><li>Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law</li></ul><p> <strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in law</li><li>Familiarity with various legal documents</li><li>Strong analytical and problem solving skills</li><li>Ability to build rapport with clients</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li></ul></div>Company Description<div>We are a high volume conveyancing and wills and estates firm with 10% uncontested family law files.</div></div><h3>Company Description</h3><div>We are a high volume conveyancing and wills and estates firm with 10% uncontested family law files.</div>- LocationSurrey Centre, BC
