*WHO ARE WE?* *Expedition Rentals is a leading edge Equipment Rental Company servicing Alberta. Our customers count on us for outstanding service and quality of which we strive to meet at all times.* *WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?* *Someone who has knowledge and experience with various types of rental equipment is an required. Ideally candidates would come with a list of current and potential clientele related to our industry and ready to contact. * *We are seeking full-time Outside Sales Representatives who will be responsible for promoting, maintaining and developing their market area to increase profitability by promoting the sales of our rental equipment to new and existing customers. This role will be expected to maintain an extensive presence and actively seek sales opportunities with clients.* *STRATEGIC SALES* * Promoting the company?s products through ethical business practices as related to the customers and the public * Gathering competitive information and market area information * Identifying and growing business opportunities with new and existing customers to meet and exceed sales targets * Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key accounts and ensure they are up-to-date with our company?s scope of products. REPORTS & MONITORING * Maintaining our customers needs are being appropriately met * Forecasting and tracking key account metrics * Managing account information and opportunities through company database * Preparing and presenting quotes QUALITIES & SKILLS TO HAVE: * Service orientated and sales success, being able to go the extra mile * Problem solving skills, willing to get the job done no matter what * Positive attitude, with a great personality * Team Player * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Outstanding organizational, follow through/up and listening skills * Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills * Documented success in exceeding sales goals * Multitasking, balancing multiple accounts at once and keeping all clientele happy REQUIREMENTS * Valid drivers license & own personal vehicle * Tech savvy, being able to demonstrate computer and cell phone skills with ease * 3 - 5 years of sales experience * Construction / ATV equipment knowledge is an asset SALARY Base salary plus commission Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year Additional pay: * Commission pay Schedule: * Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: * Edmonton, AB T6A 0L6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: * sales: 3 years (required) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2024-11-04- LocationEdmonton, AB
