*Responsibilities*
* Manage daily administrative tasks to support the clinic operations
* Coordinate and maintain schedules for physicians, patients and administrative staff
* Lead an efficient and cohesive reception and administrative staff
* Responsible for ensuring adequate coverage for administrative staff due to holiday and sickness
* Serve as the primary liaison between patients, administrative medical staff
* Prepare and organize medical documents and reports
* Assist in the onboarding and training of new administrative staff
* Handle patient inquiries and oversee reception staff to ensure a warm and welcoming experience
* Maintain efficient document handling systems and ensure compliance with health regulations
* Be responsible for handling petty cash
* Preparing biweekly bank deposit reports involving third party billing
* Be flexible to the fact that your duties will evolve and change with the ever-changing environment.
*Requirements*
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration is a plus
* Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant in a healthcare setting
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
* Strong verbal and written communication abilities
* Computer/Tech Savvy - Experience with electronic medical records (particularly PS Suite) an asset
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* A friendly demeanor with a passion for helping others

Pay: $42,000.00 per year
