Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative specializing in water treatment, drinking water systems, and well pumps, you will play a pivotal role in generating sales revenue and increasing market share. Your primary responsibilities will include prospecting, networking, and presenting our comprehensive product portfolio to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. You will leverage your expertise to understand customer requirements, recommend tailored solutions and systems, and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and prioritize sales opportunities within assigned territory or market segment.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication and follow-up.
* Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer challenges and goals.
* Present product demonstrations, technical specifications, and benefits to prospects effectively.
* Develop customized proposals and quotes based on client requirements.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements to inform sales strategies.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
* Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the water treatment or related industry.
* Strong understanding of water treatment processes, drinking water systems, and well pump technologies.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
