*About The Role*
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to take a leadership role in driving our company's growth. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to expand our market presence, enter new markets and build long-term client relationships. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, fostering partnerships, and overseeing high-level sales strategies. Travel for trade shows and key customer meetings is an essential part of the role.
*Key Responsibilities*
* *Market Growth & Development* - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to drive long-term growth.
* *Client Relationship Management* - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring long-term partnerships over short-term gains. Develop and present sales presentations to customers.
* *Sales Strategy* - Collaborate with company owners to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet growth objectives.
* *Trade Show & Event Participation* - Represent Dayus at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote our products.
* *Collaboration* - Work closely with production, marketing, and executive teams to align business development initiatives with company goals.
* *Contract Negotiation* - Work closely with executive team to assist and lead, with direction given, contract negotiation.
* *Sales Reporting* - Track and report on business development activities, including sales growth, market expansion, and client feedback.
* *Performance Monitoring* - Track and analyze the long-term performance of strategies and client relationship, ensuring the company's products are delivering value, meeting client expectations, and contributing to the growth of the company. Use this data to inform future business strategies and improvements.
*Qualifications*
* 5-10 years of experience in business development or sales leadership.
* Proven track record in expanding markets and building partnerships.
* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
* Ability to travel for trade shows and customer meetings, including the United States.
* Experience in the HVAC industry is a significant advantage.
* Experience with Pipedrive, Salesforce or similar applications is an asset.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
*Work Environment*
* Office-based with some travel for customer meetings and trade shows.
* High-level collaboration with various departments, including management, supervisory teams and ownership.

Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
