If you're ready to unleash your creativity and be part of something extraordinary, come "Dive into the future" with us at REALITY DROP, where the extraordinary awaits! *Customer Service Representative responsibilities are but not limited to:* * Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Problem-solving abilities to resolve issues and provide technical assistance to customers who might experience difficulties with the virtual reality equipment, software, or platform * Strong organizational skills to manage scheduling and ensure smooth operations * Manage bookings, appointments, and customer databases and perform administrative duties, such as record-keeping, updating customer databases, cash out * Regularly clean and disinfect the virtual reality headsets, controllers, and other equipment between each customer use to maintain a hygienic environment * Provide feedback to management on customer service issues *Do you have these qualities?* * Fun & Motivated? * Passionate &Enthusiastic? * Multitasker & Detail orientated? * Friendly & Charming? * Good listener & Problem Solver? * Tech Savvy & possess the ability to work in a fast passed environment? *If yes, you might just be the right fit* Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.80-$19.50 per hour Expected hours: 14 ? 24 per week Additional pay: * Bonus pay * Commission pay * Tips Benefits: * Casual dress * Discounted or free food * Paid time off Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Evening shift * Every Weekend * Holidays * On call Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Experience: * Customer service: 2 years (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Smart Choices (preferred) Work Location: In person Application deadline: 2024-10-30- LocationWinnipeg, MB
