```Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to join our team. As an Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions. This is a key leadership role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders. Duties: - Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of the accounting department - Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, reports, and budgets - Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations - Perform regular account analysis and reconciliations - Coordinate and assist with financial audits - Provide guidance and support to accounting staff - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency - Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices - Utilize accounting software (such as Sage or QB) to maintain accurate financial records Qualifications: - Master's degree in Accounting or Finance (or related field) - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles - Strong knowledge of payroll, financial services, financial auditing, accounts payable, account analysis, budgeting, and corporate finance - Proficiency in using accounting software (such as Sage or QB) - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Benefits: - Competitive salary based on experience - Comprehensive health insurance package -Opportunities for professional development and advancement -Friendly and supportive work environment If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for numbers and a desire to lead a team in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply for the position of Accounting Supervisor.
