Warman Renovations is looking for an experienced *Construction Superintendent. * The individual will work closely with our Renovations Manager, their duties will include scheduling sub-trades for home completions, ensuring proper paperwork, safety procedures and inspections are being completed while meeting necessary deadlines. This position is considered one of our more demanding positions and is for those looking to challenge themselves professionally. Everyday presents new learning opportunities which can be exciting and rewarding for the right individual. The successful candidate will consider themselves an excellent communicator, a strong leader, extremely organized, and share our true passion for the building industry. Position Requirements: · Previous construction experience is a must · Candidate with previous superintendent or management experience is preferred · Minimum 2 years framing and/or finishing experience · Valid class 5 drivers license · Ability to work in a fast paced ever changing environment · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills · Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve concerns as they may arise effectively We offer on the job training, competitive wages, advancement opportunities, Blue Cross group benefits, 5% company matched pension plan, on site fitness facility, and an employee product discount.
