The position is permanent, on-site mode and with great benefits</p><p>Today, I am recruiting for one of my great clients located east of Montreal, a computer technician with 3-5 years of experience. The position is permanent, on-site mode and with great benefits</p><p>- Provide first and second level support for incidents reported by users related to the office and telephone environment. <br>- Process service requests and assist technicians in the management and maintenance of office and telephone environments. <br>- Analyze incidents, identify underlying causes and propose appropriate corrective solutions. <br>- Train users on new technologies and computer system updates. <br>- Recommend fixes and improve existing documentation and procedures. <br>- Manage inventory of IT equipment, such as computers, cell phones and tablets. <br>- Collaborate with team members as well as the Head of Information Technology to identify opportunities for improvement and propose fixes relating to support, procedures and management of the office environment. <br>- Provide support to the network administrator in his responsibilities. <br>- Perform any other related tasks, as needed.</p><p>- Degree in computer science or related field. <br>- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in office automation and IT support in an IT department. <br>- Solid experience with Windows 10 operating system. <br>- Expertise in the administration of Office products, including the 365 cloud version. <br>- Experience with SCCM and Intune. <br>- Good command of Microsoft cloud computing environments (OneDrive, Azure AD, etc.). <br>- Knowledge of TCP/IP and DNS networks. <br>- Knowledge of Windows Server, an asset. <br>- Familiarity with ITIL processes, an asset. <br>- Interpersonal communication skills. <br>- Good management of priorities. <br>- Strong customer orientation. <br>- Constant concern for quality. <br>- Ability to analyze and solve problems.</p>- LocationMontréal, QC
