*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Acupuncturist to join our healthcare team. As an Acupuncturist, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating various health conditions through acupuncture techniques, while working with a supportive team of healthcare professionals. *Responsibilities* * Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate acupuncture treatment plans. * Administer acupuncture treatments in accordance with established protocols and safety standards. * Provide acupuncture treatments, herbal remedies, and other TCM modalities as appropriate * Educate patients on the benefits of acupuncture and provide guidance on lifestyle modifications to enhance treatment outcomes. * Maintain accurate patient records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and any changes in patient conditions. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and refer to when necessary * Stay updated in acupuncture techniques and on advancements medical practices to provide the best care possible. * Adhere to all health regulations and maintain a clean, safe treatment environment. *Requirements* * Registered with the CTCMPAO and have an active R.Ac or R.TCMP license * Must have your own malpractice insurance * Strong knowledge of medical terminology and its application in patient care. * Strong knowledge of acupuncture techniques and practices * Knowledge of janeapp booking system a plus * Previous experience working in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients. * Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to patient-centered care. * Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
