*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eyelash extensions and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role involves not only applying eyelash extensions but also engaging with clients to ensure their satisfaction and enhancing their overall experience through upselling and retail sales. *Duties* * Apply eyelash extensions with precision and care, ensuring high-quality results that meet client expectations. * Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with clients about their needs and preferences. * Engage in retail sales by promoting and upselling products related to eyelash care and maintenance. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, ensuring all tools and products are sanitized and ready for use. * Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to provide clients with the best possible service. *Experience* * Previous experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar beauty-related role is preferred. * Proficiency in applying eyelash extensions using various techniques is essential. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients. * Experience in front desk operations or retail sales is a plus, particularly in upselling products or services. * A passion for beauty and aesthetics, along with a desire to contribute positively to the client experience.
