<p></p><br><div>POSITION DESCRIPTION:</div><p></p><br><div>ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</div><ul><li>Act as an intermediary for various external stakeholders (doctors, pharmacists, CLSC, CISSS, etc.)</li><li>Carry out/contribute to the clinical assessment and monitoring of residents and ensure work routes are updated according to their specific needs</li><li>Collaborate in the staffing process of your sector by ensuring the reception, training and integration of new employees</li><li>Collaborate on staffing/billing analysis to improve the efficiency and profitability of health services</li><li>Ensure the accuracy of the data entered in the different work routes in Symo</li><li>In the absence of the Health Services Manager, take charge of communication and ensure that the bond of trust with residents, their families and loved ones is maintained</li><li>Participate in the establishment and maintenance of protocols necessary for prevention and appropriate care of residents</li><li>Plan human resources and ensure timely replacement of care staff as needed</li><li>Practice while respecting the laws and standards in force, the scale of values of residents and their beliefs</li><li>Providing health and wellness care with the goal of maintaining and restoring health and preventing disease</li><li>Take appropriate measures with regard to emergency situations that may arise in the establishment.</li><li>Work in close collaboration with the Health Services Manager to supervise and mobilize the work of registered and/or auxiliary nurses and resident attendants</li></ul><div>EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:</div><ul><li>Collect degree in nursing (DEC) or a proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in health care assistance, nursing</li><li>Experience in personnel management</li><li>A working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software</li><li>Member of the OIIAQ</li><li>Up-to-date general first aid CPR/AED training</li><li>Experience in personnel management (an asset)</li><li>Minimum experience of 3 to 5 years in nursing</li><li>Comfort in using computer tools</li></ul><div>BENEFITS:</div><ul><li>Uniform provided</li><li>Sick days and time off for family obligations</li><li>Floating days off</li><li>Social leave</li><li>Vacation</li><li>Human management approach</li><li>Challenging opportunities, up to your ambitions!</li><li>Consistent schedule</li><li>Welcome and integration Program</li><li>Recognition program</li></ul><div>JOB STATUS:</div><div>Permanent: Full Time</div><div>JOB SCHEDULE:</div><div>Day time</div>
