*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit. As a Dental Hygienist, you will be responsible for performing dental cleanings, educating patients on oral hygiene practices, and assisting the dental team in delivering exceptional care. *Duties* * Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess patients' oral health. * Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits. * Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed. * Assist the dentist during procedures by providing necessary tools and support. * Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix or similar software. * Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean working environment. * Provide excellent customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere for patients. * Collaborate with the dental team to enhance patient care and improve office efficiency. *Experience* * Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred, with skills in dental assisting being a plus. * Familiarity with pediatric dentistry and orthodontics is advantageous. * Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as effective communication with diverse patient populations is essential. * Excellent customer service skills are required to ensure positive patient experiences.
