<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>We are looking for an experienced Employment Lawyer for our client located in Toronto. The firm has a broad-based practice which includes <span class="long-word">bankruptcy/insolvency,</span> business law, commercial lending, commercial litigation, commercial and residential real estate, condominium law, employment and labor law, family law, immigration law, planning and development law, personal injury, wills and estates, and tax law.</p><p><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></p><p>• The ideal candidate must have at least a partial practice/portable book of business with 3-7 years of experience in employment law (non-union), knowledge of applicable provincial and federal laws, including but not limited to the common law, the Employment Standards Act, Canada Labor Code, Human Rights Code and Occupational Health and Safety Act, and experience drafting and reviewing a wide range of documents including, but not limited to, employment agreements, demand letters, termination letters. The successful candidate will also have superior written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable managing files independently.</p><p>• This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a leading mid-sized Toronto firm in a collegial environment.
