*Part-Time Dental Receptionist\*\** *Denman Place Dental Centre *is an established dental office with long-term staff and patients, seeking a \*\*Part-Time Dental Receptionist\*\* to join our team. If you are organized, possess excellent communication skills, and are eager to learn, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! \*\*Part-Time Schedule\*\*: Monday, Friday, and Saturday (excluding long weekends) *\*\*Ideal Candidate:\*\** - Professional and friendly demeanor, with the ability to create a welcoming environment for patients - Neat, organized, and detail-oriented - Enjoys contributing to a team environment *\*\*Position Duties:\*\** - Booking appointments and answering phone calls - Coordination of insurance payments - Opening and closing of day bookkeeping procedures - Collecting payments - Managing the patient recall system *\*\*Qualifications:\*\** - Previous dental office experience or completion of a dental reception course - Knowledge of Dentrix or similar practice management software is preferred - Strong computer skills are essential - A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment *\*\*Why Join Us?\*\** - Work in a well-established office with a supportive team of long-term staff - Opportunities for growth and development within the practice If you're interested in joining a professional and friendly dental team, please send your cover letter and resume to.
