*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in food preparation and meal assembly, ensuring that every dish meets our standards of excellence and adheres to food safety regulations. *Duties* * Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards. * Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and storage areas. * Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality of all ingredients. * Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies as needed. * Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours. * Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation practices. *Skills* * Experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. * Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and kitchen equipment. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. * Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations within the food industry. * Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a busy kitchen setting. * A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new techniques and recipes. * Minimum of 5 years of experience * Must hold a valid work permit Join our team as a Line Cook where you can showcase your culinary skills while contributing to an exciting dining experience for our guests!
