*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating press brake machines to bend and shape metal components according to specifications. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work while adhering to safety standards. *Duties* * Set up and operate press brake machines, ensuring proper alignment and calibration. * Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications for bending operations. * Perform quality inspections on finished products, ensuring they meet required tolerances and specifications. * Utilize hand tools and CNC equipment for machining tasks as needed. * Conduct routine maintenance on press brake machines to ensure optimal performance. * Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency. * Assist in troubleshooting machine issues and perform basic repairs when necessary. *Skills* * Proficient in operating press brake machines with a strong understanding of bending processes. * Mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings effectively. * Experience with quality inspection techniques to ensure product integrity. * Familiarity with welding, plasma cutting, laser cutting, and machining is a plus. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. * Competence in using hand tools and CNC machinery for various tasks.
