*Job Summary* We are looking for a Customer Service Representative based out of our London office to help us service our customer base across Southern Ontario. Experience in the construction industry would be an asset - i.e., as a Project Site Coordinator. *Roles & Responsibilities* Associate will be responsible for completing all Customer Service Duties as needed, including responding to inbound calls and emails from existing and potential customers; making outbound calls to existing and potential customers; setting up new sites in company database and working with the Sales, Logistics and Operations departments to ensure a positive experience for all customers. *Desired Skills & Experience* * Previous Customer Service experience * Strong phone presence * Experience working with a CRM * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong listening skills * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and mange time efficiently * Experience with Microsoft Office programs required * Experience in a fast-paced office environment is essential *Compensation* * A competitive wage, based on knowledge and experience. * Room to grow within a growing company * Benefits provided upon successful completion of probation period * RRSP/DPSP contributions #INDM Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: * Dental care * Disability insurance * Extended health care * Paid time off * Profit sharing * RRSP match * Vision care Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationLondon, ON
