Job Requirement: * Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese * Excellent sales skills * Experience working in F&B business * Experience working as a cashier * Barista and/or decorator experience is a plus * Is a smart, honest and hard-working person Job Description: * Display baked goods onto the counter and display-fridge every morning. Make sure everything looks perfect and in good condition. * Test pre-made cakes before displaying them and selling them to the customers * In charge of making all the drinks in the menu * Provide excellent customer service to all customers (in store, online or calling in) * Clean the tables after the customers * Make sure the store is always clean and organized * Support the Prep team during slow time * Always keep the front counter area clean and tidy. * Report all incidents in a timely manner to Store Manager * Wash all customer?s dishes when there?s time * Clean the front store after closing and before leaving the store. * Frequently check the packaging inventory to update the Store Manager on time. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.55-$18.00 per hour Shift: * Day shift Work days: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person- LocationWaterloo, ON
