*About Us*: Our grocery store, located in the heart of downtown, is dedicated to providing local families with quality products and exceptional service. We are open seven days a week and pride ourselves on our friendly and reliable customer service. *Job Description:* We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Home Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering grocery orders to customers' homes in a timely and efficient manner. The role requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. *Key Responsibilities:* - Safely and efficiently deliver grocery orders to customers' homes. - Ensure all orders are complete and accurate before delivery. - Provide exceptional customer service, including handling customer inquiries and resolving any delivery issues. - Maintain delivery vehicle in clean and good working condition. - Follow all traffic laws and company policies regarding delivery procedures. - Assist with loading and unloading groceries as needed. - Communicate effectively with store staff and customers regarding delivery status. *Qualifications:* - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. - Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role. - Excellent customer service and communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to handle and lift heavy grocery bags. - Knowledge of the local area and efficient route planning. - Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. *Benefits*: - Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
