*We are Urgently Hiring for the Position of Sales Associate!* Worldwide Logistics is a top-tier provider of third-party logistics (3PL) solutions. We pride ourselves on delivering efficient and reliable logistics solutions to businesses of all sizes. As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our sales team. We are seeking a proactive and driven Salesperson with minimal experience and a background in trucking, tele-sales and freight brokerage to join our 3PL sales team. This role is perfect for individuals looking to advance their sales careers in the dynamic logistics industry. The Salesperson would be responsible for generating new business and nurturing client relationships across North America and the USA. *Key Responsibilities:* * Identify and qualify potential clients through outbound tele-sales efforts, including cold calling and follow-ups across North America and the USA * Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. * Understand client needs and present tailored 3PL solutions to meet their logistics requirements. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services. * Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system *Key Qualities:* * Minimum of 2 year of experience in Tele-sales, trucking and freight brokerage. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Fluent spoken and written English; proficiency in French is a plus * Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and achieve targets. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. * Strong understanding of transportation logistics, freight forwarding, and brokerage operations. * Knowledge of industry regulations and market trends. *Benefits:* * Company events * Employee assistance program * On-site parking *What We Offer:* * Competitive base salary with commission and performance-based bonuses * Supportive and collaborative team environment. * Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company *How to Apply:* If you are a motivated salesperson with a background in tele-sales looking to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you!
