SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:Senior Legal Counsel Working in Guelph, ON or Edmonton, AB We are seeking a seasoned Senior Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team reporting directly to the Global Head of Legal. This role is integral to our organization, providing expert legal advice on a range of issues, ensuring we always operate within the law. The ideal candidate will possess a strong business acumen, exceptional negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of corporate, commercial, labour and employment law. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:Provide expert legal support to management on all company-related matters. Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as external regulations and laws.
