*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled Grader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating grading machinery and will be responsible for ensuring the proper grading of land for construction and other projects. This role requires a strong understanding of heavy equipment operation, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. *Responsibilities* * Operate graders and other heavy equipment to perform grading tasks on various job sites. * Ensure that the grading is done according to project specifications and safety standards. * Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. * Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to understand project requirements. * Assist in the preparation of job sites by digging, bulldozing, and moving earth as needed. * Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations. * Conduct inspections of equipment before use to identify any mechanical issues. *Requirements* * Proven experience in grader operation and heavy equipment operation is essential. * Familiarity with horizontal drilling, backhoe operation, loader operation, and commercial driving is preferred. * Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on equipment. * Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety. * Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors. * Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting and moving materials as required.
