*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and retail sales, with a passion for helping customers find the right solutions to meet their needs. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional service to our clients. *Duties* * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Demonstrate products and services effectively to enhance customer understanding. * Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales environment. * Utilize strong phone etiquette to assist customers over the phone. * Negotiate terms of sale while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Provide sales support by following up on leads and inquiries promptly. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance. * Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers. *Experience* * Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Experience in negotiating sales agreements is a plus. * A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
