Napanee Dentistry is looking for the right fit to join our enthusiastic, positive, and motivated team! We are a growing practice but still a small team in a small town. We thrive to ensure all of our staff feel supported allowing you to focus on what you do best - Patient Care! The primary Dentist is very invested in your patients, the cross-trained admin and clinical team take care of 90% of the sterilization and charting and we have digital charts and X-rays! We are hiring at a competitive wage to ensure we help keep you engaged and invested in patient care. Although we are looking for someone part-time, we can make full time hours work for the right candidate if they are willing to work at another office as well. While one of our RDH's is going on a Mat Leave, we know we are over due to have a permanent part time role in our office and will be able to support it with a new operatory being built. The team prioritizes a strong culture and attention to both patient care and patient experience. Our Dentists work with some of the newest technology in Dentistry and we offer a large range of procedures in our office. There is lots of room to grow your knowledge and skillset just within the existing team of providers in the office as we foster a culture of learning. Responsibilities would include: * Dental hygiene care for patients * Oral health education for patients * Taking dental records including digital radiographs, and extra-oral and intra-oral photos. * Taking digital intraoral scans using the iTero scanner * Following IPAC and sterilization protocols If you are unsure of if this is a good fit for you, simply reach out for a phone call to get some more information about the position!
