*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their oral health and comfort during visits. As a Dental Hygienist, you will be responsible for performing dental cleanings, educating patients on oral hygiene practices, and assisting the dental team in delivering exceptional patient care. *Responsibilities* * Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess patients' oral health. * Apply preventive materials such as sealants and fluoride treatments. * Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits. * Document patient treatment plans and maintain accurate records using Dentrix or similar software. * Assist the dentist during procedures, including orthodontics and pediatric treatments. * Manage patient flow and ensure a welcoming environment for all patients. * Stay updated with the latest advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies. *Experience* * Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist in a dental office setting is preferred. * Familiarity with medical terminology related to dentistry is essential. * Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse patient populations. * Previous experience in dental assisting is a plus, particularly in orthodontics or pediatrics. * Strong customer service skills to effectively interact with patients and address their concerns.
