*Job Overview:* We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. Looking for those who can operate an Excavator or Dozer. *Responsibilities:* - Operate and maintain heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner - Perform routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance - Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors to meet project deadlines - Excavate, dig, backfill, grade, or move materials as required - Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on job sites *Qualifications:* - 2+ Years experience operating an Excavator or Dozer - Proficiency in grading, excavation, understanding elevations, reading drawings. - Ability to interpret project plans and follow instructions accurately - Experience on commerical sites - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Physical stamina to work long hours in various weather conditions This position offers competitive pay based on experience and skills.
