Our client, a well-known company in the manufacturing field, is currently looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join its engineering team!<br><br>Full time. Permanent. <br><br><strong>Responsibilities: </strong><br><ul><li>Support management in improving efficiency and process management;</li><li>Implement loss reduction solutions;</li><li>Introduce new internal processes;</li><li>Improve the performance of existing products by proposing changes in manufacturing processes;</li><li>Lead continuous improvement groups with stakeholders;</li><li>Analyze factors limiting performance;</li><li>Develop business relationships with suppliers in Canada and the United States in order to access the best technologies on the market;</li><li>Perform all other related tasks.</li></ul><strong>Profile :</strong><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering;</li><li>Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment;</li><li>Experience with Six Sigma ;</li><li>Bilingualism in French and English;</li><li>Knowledge of AutoCad, MS Office and MRP.</li></ul><strong>Benefits:</strong><br><ul><li>Group insurance;</li><li>Pension funds;</li><li>RRSP;</li><li>Vacations.</li></ul>- LocationSaint-Léonard, QC
