Our client, a well-established packaging company, is currently looking for a Liquid Packaging Manager to join their team! <br><br>Full time. Permanent position. <br><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br><ul><li>Manage the department's activities;</li><li>Participate in the preparation of the department's budget;</li><li>Take inventory of parts and equipment;</li><li>Conduct quality audits on projects;</li><li>Negotiate contracts with French and English-speaking customers;</li><li>Participate in the improvement of internal processes;</li><li>Ensure compliance with health and safety standards;</li><li>Supervise and mentor the department team;</li><li>Identify new products through partnerships, research and development;</li><li>Perform all other related tasks.</li></ul><strong>Profile:</strong><br><ul><li>Engineering degree;</li><li>Master's degree in engineering, an asset;</li><li>Minimum of 7 years experience;</li><li>Minimum 5 years management experience;</li><li>Bilingualism in French and English.</li></ul><strong>Benefits: </strong><br><ul><li>Group insurance ;</li><li>Pension funds ;</li><li>RRSP ;</li><li>Vacation ;</li><li>Flexible working hours.</li></ul>- LocationSaint-Léonard, QC
