This multifaceted position requires a unique blend of technical proficiency, hands-on expertise, project management skills, and a customer-centric approach to sales and client relations. *Responsibilities:* *Property Management:* * Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring compliance with lease agreements, local regulations, and company policies. * Conduct regular property inspections and maintenance assessments to ensure optimal property conditions. * Utilize technology and data analytics to streamline property management processes and enhance efficiency. *Technical Proficiency:* * Leverage technology tools and software for property management, financial reporting, and client communication. * Stay current with industry trends and advancements to implement innovative solutions for improved property management. *Project Management:* * Coordinate and oversee property improvement projects, renovations, and maintenance initiatives. * Develop project timelines, budgets, and work closely with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality project completion. *Sales and Client Relations:* * Actively engage in the leasing process, from marketing vacancies to conducting property showings and applicant screenings. * Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders. * Provide excellent customer service and promptly address client concerns or inquiries. *Qualifications:* * Proven experience in property management, with a track record of successful portfolio oversight. * Strong technical acumen and proficiency in property management software and tools. * Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent sales and client relations skills with a customer-centric mindset. * Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations. *Maintenance Experience:* The ideal candidate should possess hands-on maintenance or project experience, ensuring the ability to proactively address property-related issues, uphold quality standards, and contribute to the seamless operation of our diverse portfolio. *Education and Experience:* * Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field. * Years of hands-on experience in property management.
