Are you a skilled *Body Shop Technician/Mechanic* looking for an opportunity to grow your career within a reputable and busy dealership group? *CARSTAR Bancroft*, part of the Boyer Automotive Group, is seeking a talented and motivated Body Technician to join our team at our busy location in Bancroft, ON. *Key Responsibilities:* * Perform bodywork on damaged vehicles, including dent removal, panel replacement, frame repairs, and other collision-related repairs. * Ensure repairs are completed to a high standard of quality, following manufacturer guidelines and CARSTAR protocols. * Work closely with estimators and other shop staff to ensure repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment. * Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively. *Requirements:* * Valid driver's license. * Proven experience as a Body Shop Body Technician. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. * Proficiency in body repair techniques, including welding, panel replacement, and frame straightening. *Why Work with Us?* * Competitive hourly wage of $24/hr plus a production bonus. * Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company. * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage. * RRSP contributions with company matching. * A busy, fast-paced shop with a strong customer base, ensuring consistent work. * Supportive and collaborative work environment.
