Are you an experienced food & beverage professional looking for a leadership opportunity in one of Victoria?s most exciting new restaurants? Located on Victoria?s beautiful inner harbour, Hotel Grand Pacific is looking for an Assistant Fathom Manager to help lead operations in its Fathom Restaurant. With a modern dining space, stunning lounge and bar, and gorgeous new pergola, Fathom is admired for its incredible menu, large whisky selection, and excellent service.
