The Bunge Industrial Internship Program is looking for collaborative results oriented candidates with strongcritical thinking and communication skills. The internship is designed to give you an understanding of theoperations and processes of businesses across Bunge s value chain. During the internship, you will receive crossfunctional exposure to a number of Bunge s business units while performing various operational (e.g. grain elevator, grain milling, oils packaging, oilseed crush/refine operations and/or production) functions. You will develop the skills and knowledge needed to provide a solidfoundation in all aspects of operational processes.Location to be determined based off current business needs, you would be placed at one of our crush/refine, milling, oil packaging, or grain elevator facilities.Ability and willingness to relocate for the duration of the internship is required.Main Accountabilities:Participate fully in the day to day operation of a Bunge facilityDevelop a thorough understanding of plant operationsDemonstrate your level of understanding by responding to verbal or written inquiries from supervisors, mentors, or program managerTravel to other Bunge locations for training and exposure purposesAssist location and corporate staff in evaluating changing operational conditionsAbility to communicate effectively with Bunge internal and external customersEducation/Experience:Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science, Agricultural Economics, Chemistry, Industrial Management, Industrial Technology, Milling Science, Food Science, or Feed Science preferredMust be collaborative, results oriented and possess strong critical thinking skillsAbility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, adversity, and constant changeExceptional verbal and written communication skillsAnalytical problem solving skillsProficiency in standard PC applicationsStandard internships hours 8 AM5 PM subject to modification as required by assignment and/or locationAbility to travel#LI-SC1Bunge (NYSE: BG) is a world leader in sourcing, processing and supplying oilseed and grain products and ingredients.
