Role: Nurse Practitioner Permanent positions (35 hour a week) Location: Scarborough, Ontario Purpose: Our client operates with an integrated and interdisciplinary approach. All roles collaborate with and contribute to different teams and programs to support the community's needs. Bring your passion for community-based healthcare to this fast paced and dynamic environment, as well as your program development and implementation experience to this role. Key Areas of Responsibility: Provide comprehensive client-centered care within their scope of practice. Provide assessment, intervention, monitoring, and follow-up for acute and chronic illnesses. Conducting clients interviews and examinations, developing and implementing client-centered treatment plans, while integrating evidence-based health promotion practices. Adhere to College of Nurses standards- LocationToronto, ON
