We are seeking an experienced and talented Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our products' usability and driving the overall design process. Your responsibilities will include: *Roles and Responsibilities:* * Understand users? goals and pain points through discovery and research, translating complex problems into clear solutions. * Visualize and prototype intended solutions at various levels of fidelity, including high-level wireframes, conceptual designs, design presentations and detailed specifications. * Work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including development, operations and marketing team across the North American. * Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design, applying them to enhance products?usability and user experience. Qualifications and Experience? * Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design. * Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software. * Excellent understanding of design principles, usability best practices, and current design trends. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex design challenges. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. * Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
