*Job Overview* We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting furniture to customers homes while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency. *Duties* * Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport products to designated locations. * Load and unload furniture, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. * Perform routine inspections of the vehicle before and after each trip, reporting any maintenance issues. * Communicate with customers regarding delivery times and any potential delays. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns during the delivery process. * Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organization. * Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient logistics and timely deliveries. * Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving. *Qualifications* * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is preferred. * Experience in warehouse operations or moving services is a plus. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. * Capable of heavy lifting and physical labor as required by the job duties. * Attention to detail and commitment to safety practices during deliveries. * Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if necessary.
