*Job Overview*
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of various structures, ensuring they are safe, sustainable, and compliant with relevant regulations. This position requires a strong foundation in engineering principles and proficiency in industry-standard software.
*Duties*
* Design and develop structural plans for buildings and other structures using CAD software, including AutoCAD and MicroStation.
* Conduct structural analysis to ensure safety and compliance with building codes and regulations.
* Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to create effective project plans.
* Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using Revit and Civil 3D.
* Utilize Bluebeam for document management and project coordination.
* Manage project timelines and budgets while ensuring quality standards are met.
* Draft reports and documentation related to project progress, findings, and recommendations.
* Perform calculations using Mathcad to support design decisions.
* Participate in site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that arise.
*Requirements*
* Bachelor?s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
* Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not required.
* Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, Civil 3D, and Revit.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent mathematical skills for structural analysis and design calculations.
* Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
* Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Experience with drafting tools such as Bluebeam is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
