Guidance Secretary<p> (1 position/1.00FTE) <p> Salary Range: $1,151.25/week - $1,316.34 /week <p>Location: Cardinal Ambrozic Catholic Secondary School<p>Hours listed are current, but may be subject to change*<p>7:30 am 3:30 pm The Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board (DPCDSB) is a dynamic Catholic school board committed to the delivery of quality educational programs and services from a Catholic faith perspective. DPCDSB, one of Ontarios largest school boards in Ontario, is comprised of approximately 73,000 students enrolled in 151 schools (125 elementary and 26 secondary) throughout the diverse GTA municipalities of Mississauga, Brampton, Caledon, and Orangeville. DPCDSB employs approximately 8,000 faculty and staff to deliver and support its Catholic educational mission.Position Summary Under the direction of the Supervisor/Designate, this position is responsible for providing various administrative support. This position will work closely with the Department Head of Guidance and Counsellors. They are responsible for maintaining an organized and professional office environment to ensure efficient day to day operations of the Department are met and the procedures and policies of the Board are followed consistently. The Guidance Secretary may direct the work of the Assistant Secretary Attendance/Guidance. Maintaining confidentiality is a requirement of this position.
