Furthermore, the success of COGIR Immobilier is based on good teamwork between the different departments and on all the people who have joined the company for over 25 years.</p><br><div>POSITION DESCRIPTION:</div><p>We are currently looking for a Sous-Chef to fill a permanent full-time position to support the Head Chef in our residence le Coin St-Paul in Trois-Rivières.<BR><BR>Daytime schedule, full time, 1 weekend out of 4.</p><br><div>ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</div><ul><li>Assemble plates of food</li><li>Clean kitchen equipment</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure good teamwork</li><li>Create tasty menus while respecting the expected level of quality and the allocated budget</li><li>Ensure and optimize quality standards in the use of food</li><li>Perform meal preparation while supervising and mobilizing staff in the kitchen</li><li>Perform other related duties</li><li>Use products and equipment according to the safety, quality, hygiene and cleanliness rules and standards in effect</li></ul><div>EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:</div><ul><li>Flexibility for the work schedule</li><li>Training certification (MAPAQ)</li><li>knowledge of a Maitre D</li><li>A proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in institutional cuisine or equivelent</li><li>At lease 3 to 5 years of experience in a large restoration</li></ul><div>BENEFITS:</div><ul><li>Referral Program</li><li>Uniform provided</li><li>To be discussed</li><li>Floating days off</li><li>Social leave</li><li>Employee Assistance Program</li><li>Vacation</li><li>Ongoing training</li><li>Recognition program</li><li>Indoor parking</li></ul><div>JOB STATUS:</div><div>Permanent: Full Time</div><div>JOB SCHEDULE:</div><div>Day time</div>- LocationTrois-Rivières, QC
