About You:
The ideal Clinic Manager for our team is:
- Enthusiastic and Outgoing: You bring positive energy to the clinic and can create an engaging atmosphere for patients and staff alike. You?re someone who enjoys connecting with people and making sure they feel welcome and valued.
- Experienced in Management: You have a proven track record of managing teams and operations in any industry, with the skills to translate that experience into tangible results for our clinic. You know how to lead, coach, and inspire a team to perform at their best.
- A Natural Salesperson: Confident in promoting treatments and ensuring patients stick to their plans, while also discussing payments and collections with ease.
- A Problem-Solver: You excel at handling challenges in real-time, from filling last-minute cancellations to addressing staff or patient concerns.
- Patient-Focused: Ensuring patients feel valued and cared for is your top priority, and you balance this with maintaining a full schedule.
- Responsible for Hiring: You will take charge of hiring new Patient Care Coordinators, ensuring the team grows with the right mix of talent and personality.
- Results-Driven: You are focused on driving business growth through sales-minded approaches, from filling up the schedule to ensuring patient compliance with their treatment plans.
What You?ll Do:
- Lead and Optimize Clinic Operations: Take charge of the clinic?s schedule, keeping it full, reducing cancellations, and ensuring practitioners have optimal schedules.
- Patient Experience: Cultivate a welcoming atmosphere for every patient while encouraging treatment compliance.
- Administrative Leadership: Coach and oversee front desk staff, ensuring protocols are followed and a sales mindset is embraced.
- Hiring: Lead the recruitment process for Patient Care Coordinators, ensuring a strong team is in place to support clinic operations.
- Billing and Coordination: Oversee patient billing, manage WSIB claims, and coordinate custom product orders with sales reps.
Performance Metrics:
Success in this role will be measured through:
- Total Visits & Schedule Utilization: Ensuring a consistently full schedule.
- Patient Arrival Rate
- Referral Conversion
- Over-the-Counter Collections
Compensation:
$50,465 to $58,384 per year.
